How We Help
Rest, Reset and Reconnect
Kailash Foundation delivers structured, place-based programs for those impacted by the unique demands of service, their families, and members of the broader community in need.
Our programs create the conditions for deep, lasting change and support individuals and families in reconnecting to life in a meaningful way.
LEARN ABOUT OUR
Programs
Our programs are built around simple but powerful conditions: time away from pressure, steady rhythm, practical activities, rest, reflection, community and nature.
Kailash Foundation offers eligible persons subsidised access to Kailash Ashram’s retreats as well as providing dedicated programs which are not available to the general public.
Listed below are our core programs.
Prospective participants are invited to complete an Expression of Interest which will give you the chance to talk directly with our facilitators about how we can support you.

SUBSIDISED
Retreat Access Program
Our retreat centre, Kailash Ashram, operates retreats that are open to the general public and veterans alike.
The programs support individuals in cultivating their own wellbeing through a traditional meditation and yoga practice.
Retreats are held in the Grampians, Western Victoria and run over 5 days and 4 nights, and are inclusive of meals, activities and accommodation.
The Retreat Access Program enables eligible people to have subsidised attendance at a Kailash Ashram retreat.

Elements of Yoga
Let go of the past, and imagine a brighter future
Our Elements of Yoga retreat uses a traditional framework to assist participants in understanding the relationship between mind, body and nature so that they can heal and grow.
This retreat has a self-development focus and supports participants in re-framing past experiences and designing a peaceful future
The Four Yogas
Give structure to your wellbeing
The Four Yogas retreat is a multi-faith friendly retreat suitable for participants interested in giving structure to their wellbeing practice.
